Box Types & Materials
- We currently provide two box style options: Shipping Box & Mailer Box.

- Our box printing process focuses solely on corrugated cardboard. We provide three corrugated board options: Mottled White (Standard), Kraft (Brown) and Kemi (Premium Gloss White).
- Mottled White (Standard) – classic white with a matte finish. Best used for colorful designs. Standard White is the most commonly selected option when creating custom printed boxes.
- Kraft (Brown) – light brown with a natural feel. Kraft brown is the traditional color for standard shipping boxes. The material goes best with dark colors (will not show light colors) and will provide a more eco-friendly feel.
- Kemi (Premium Gloss White) – premier white with a subtle shine finish. The premium white creates enhanced color and details. The gloss finish provides an elegant, high-end look.
Note: All material colors represent the outside color. Mottled White (Standard) has a white interior. Kraft (Brown) has a white interior. Kemi (Premium Gloss White) has a kraft, natural brown interior.
All our packaging materials are designed to endure the wear-and-tear during transit, keeping your images, designs and brand looking super fresh when it reaches your customer.
- We use both E-Flute (1/16″) and B-Flute (1/8”) corrugated board.
We can provide both E-Flute and B-Flute (Standard) in Mottled White material for any size.
- Yes, all of our corrugated options are made with recycled material. Even better, 100% of our materials are recyclable!
- Made in the USA.
Design, Inks & Artwork
- We use four-color CMYK color profile for all printing operations. Note: please do not use Panton and RGB color formats, these formats do not always display the best representation of the finished physical product.
- Due to the corrugate board material, we cannot guarantee perfect color matching at this time.
- You will find a detailed checklist when you receive your individual dieline post checkout.
Process & Pricing
Once you submit your order:
- You will receive a confirmation email with a link to your personalized dashboard
- Login to your account dashboard
- Within one business day you will be able to download your dieline so you can begin creating
- Follow the guidelines and reach out to our support team with any questions
- Upload your completed & final pdf dieline to your online dashboard
- Our Team will review & reach out with any necessary changes (if any)
- You will receive a link for your Final Sign-Off
- Receive confirmation that your order is in the process of being manufactured followed by a tracking link when your order is officially shipped
- Sit back, relax and await your order
- Following your final approval, your boxes will be produced within 7 business days.
- We have no minimums! Feel free to order just one (although we do recommend working with our real-time pricing tool to find the best price breaks that work for you).
- Yes! We can print anywhere on the box.
- The number of colors has no impact on pricing! You can print an unlimited number of colors at no additional cost. Choosing to print on both the outside and inside (rather than simply one side) of the box will increase costs.
- No way! No plate fees, no dieline fees and no hidden costs.
- Absolutely! We can print however many boxes you need. At a certain quantity, it may not be the most efficient/ economic to utilize a digital printing process. We are happy to work with you or your team in finding the best economic option while still meeting all your custom packaging demands. We are always happy to chat and further collaborate to solve your packaging needs.

Shipping & Returns
- All of our corrugated box orders are shipped flat. We utilize numerous shipping methods to ensure the best price for our customers. The size of the order will determine the most efficient shipping method. The majority of our orders use standard shipping methods through UPS. Larger orders will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) on a pallet.
- For LTL shipping methods, we will reach out to make sure the pallet is delivered to a location that is most convenient for you.
- Currently we can not rush process your order. Please contact us directly, we may update this offering soon.
- Yes, not a problem. Contact us as soon as possible.
- We are in the process of building an efficient distribution network in the United States to provide our customers with additional cost savings. After we have mastered the United States we will expand internationally.
- Our apologies but currently we only deliver to street addresses and do not ship to PO boxes.

Tape Faqs
- We currently provide three different Tape material options which include: Standard (Polypropylene), Premium (PVC) and Kraft (Reinforced Paper).
- Standard (Polypropylene): 3″ x 165′ (2 mil)
- Premium (PVC): 3″ x 165′ (2.2mil)
- Kraft (Reinforced Paper): 3″ x 375′ (#250 Grade)
- We offer three different Tape colors: White, Tan and Clear.
Please note that we currently do no offer a Clear option for Kraft (Reinforced Paper) tape.
- Standard (Polypropylene): The most popular and cost effective tape for shipping packages. The tape is easily applied and has a glossy finish. Loud, noisy release.
- Premium (PVC): A premium option for shipping packages. The tape has a matte, elegant finish. The material possesses a stronger adhesive and bonds better with more surfaces. Quiet, smooth release.
- Kraft (Reinforced Paper): An ecofriendly option with a more natural look. The Kraft material is reinforced adding additional strength. The tape is water activated which provides a tamper evident, permanent bond. Note: tape dispenser is required for our Kraft tape.
- Your logo/ image is repeated every 12″.
- Printable area is 0.5″ smaller than tapes width dimension.
- Files must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please convert all text to outlines. All supporting graphic files need to be included.
Files preferred: jpg, png, jpeg, svg, bmp, gif, tiff.
Sticker Faqs
- All our stickers have a glossy finish and permanent adhesive.
Please reach out if you would like a matte finish.
- We currently offer four Sticker shapes: Circle, Oval, Rectangle and Square.
- Our sizes range from smaller options (0.5” x 5.0”) to larger sizes (5.0” x 5.0”).

- The Sticker MOQ is 1,000. All Stickers come on rolls.
- All our Sticker options are printed on white paper with a glossy finish.
Please reach out if you would like to order colored Stickers.
- Printable area is 0.25″ smaller than the dimension.
- Critical imagery should provide a 0.125” space from all edges. Bleed lines extend 0.125” beyond all edges.
- Files must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please convert all text to outlines. All supporting graphic files need to be included.
Files preferred: jpg, png, jpeg, svg, bmp, gif, tiff.
Tissue Faqs
- We currently offer two Tissue sizes: Small (15” x 20”) and Standard (20” x 30”).
- We currently offer White as the only color option on the site. But we are happy to get you colored paper if you wish! Simply send us an email if you would like to learn more.
- There is ~1” of space between logos and ~1.5” of space above/ below rows.
Note that your logo/ image may be cut off at the edges.
- Files must have a resolution of at least 300 dpi. Please convert all text to outlines. All supporting graphic files need to be included.
Files preferred: jpg, png, jpeg, svg, bmp, gif, tiff.
Accessory Process Faqs
- Once an order is completed and images approved, the order is typically produced and shipped within 3-4 weeks.
- We utilize numerous shipping methods to ensure the best price for our customers. The size of the order will determine the most efficient shipping method. The majority of our orders use standard shipping through FedEx, UPS and USPS. Larger orders will be shipped via LTL (Less Than Truckload) on a pallet.
- For LTL shipping methods, we will reach out to ensure the pallet is delivered utilizing the most efficient/ convenient method to the desired destination.
